Terms of Use
Using this website or sending an intake means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.
Effective October 1, 2026 · Dailey Health Connect, LLC (Ohio, United States)
What this site is
daileyhc.com describes the services of Dailey Health Connect, LLC (“DHC”) and lets you send an intake to start a conversation. The site is information and a way to get in touch; it is not professional advice, and nothing on it is a promise about a particular result.
Sending an intake
- An intake is a request to talk. It does not create a contract, a reservation of time, or a guarantee that DHC will take the project. Work begins only when a written scope and price have been agreed.
- You confirm that the information you send is yours to share and is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that any file you upload does not contain anything you are not allowed to give us (for example, another person’s confidential data without permission).
- Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government ID numbers, or medical records through the form. If a project needs that kind of information, it is exchanged later through an agreed secure method.
- Uploads are limited by type and size, and the form may refuse a submission that looks automated. One submission per email address every few minutes.
Your information
How your information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Ownership of this site
The text, design, illustrations and code of this site belong to DHC (photographs are used under their licences). You may link to the site and quote from it with credit. You may not copy the site or its content to present as your own, scrape it, or use it to train or feed automated systems without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the form to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content, to impersonate someone, to introduce malicious code, or to probe or interfere with the site or its hosting. DHC may block access or discard submissions that break this rule.
No warranty; limits of liability
The site is provided “as is”. DHC tries to keep it accurate and available but does not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, DHC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from a submission. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Services and client agreements
Any services DHC provides are governed by the written agreement for that work, not by these terms. Where the two differ, the written agreement wins.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved by talking it through, it will be brought in the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
DHC may update these terms; the current version with its effective date is always the one posted here.
