Privacy Policy
Plain language, because that is how the rest of this site talks. The short version: the only information collected is what you choose to send through the intake form, it is used to reply to you and prepare a proposal, it is never sold, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Effective October 1, 2026 · Dailey Health Connect, LLC (Ohio, United States)
Who this covers
This policy covers daileyhc.com and the intake form on it, operated by Dailey Health Connect, LLC (“DHC”, “I”, “we”). It applies to visitors anywhere in the world; the site is run from the United States.
What is collected
Browsing the site: nothing personal. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not fingerprint visitors. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard, short-lived server logs — such as IP address and the page requested — to run and secure the service.
Sending the intake form: only what you type or attach. Depending on the path you take, that is:
| Information | Why it is asked |
|---|---|
| Name, email address, phone number, city/location | To reply to you and to know where you are (time zone, local rules) |
| Business or project details, your situation, timeline, budget range, goals | To understand what you need and prepare a reply or proposal |
| Files you attach and the descriptions you write for them | Examples, documents and screenshots that help scope the work |
| Technical details recorded with a submission: device type, browser, the page you arrived from and any campaign tags in the link you used | To know which channels bring enquiries and to troubleshoot a broken submission |
While you fill the form in, a draft is saved only on your own device (browser storage) so you can come back to it. It never leaves your device until you press submit, and it is deleted from your device when you submit or clear it.
How it is used
- To reply to your enquiry, ask follow-up questions and prepare a plan or proposal.
- To send you a confirmation email with your reference code.
- To keep a record of our conversation if we work together.
Your information is never sold, rented or traded, and it is not used for advertising. You will not be added to a mailing list because you submitted the form.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Submissions are stored in DHC’s private Google Workspace account (Google Drive and Google Sheets) and delivered to DHC by email. Access is limited to DHC and, if we work together, to any team member who needs it to do the work. The providers that process data on DHC’s behalf are:
- Netlify — hosts the website (United States).
- Google — stores submissions and files, and sends email (United States).
These providers act only on DHC’s instructions. No other third party receives your information unless the law requires it or you ask DHC to share it (for example, with a contractor working on your project).
How long it is kept
If we do not end up working together, your submission and files are deleted within 24 months of the last contact, or sooner if you ask. If we do work together, records are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support the work and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask at any time to see what DHC holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email Contact@daileyhc.com from the address you used on the form (or quote your reference code) and it will be handled within 30 days, at no cost. If you are in the EU/UK, Nigeria, Ghana or another place with a data-protection law, you have the rights that law gives you, including the right to complain to your local authority; DHC will honour those rights regardless of where you live.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Uploads are checked for type and size and stored in a private folder. Access to DHC’s accounts is protected with strong passwords and two-step verification. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so if you prefer not to send a particular document through the form, say so and we will arrange another way.
Children
This site and its services are for adults and businesses. DHC does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted the form, email the address above and it will be deleted.
International visitors
DHC is based in Ohio, United States, and information is stored there. By submitting the form from outside the United States you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States under this policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Significant changes will be mentioned in reply to anyone whose information is affected.
